purchases
are
subject
to
the
following:
MVP
LLC
warrants
to
wholesale
purchasers
(contractors)
of
products
from
MVP
authorized
distributors
that
at
the
time
of
purchase
such
products
shall
be
free
of
defects
in
material
or
workmanship.
This
warranty
does
not
cover
ordinary
wear
and
tear,
abuse,
misuse,
overloading,
alteration
or
products
that
have
not
been
installed,
operated
or
maintained
in
accordance
with
MVP's
written
instructions.
This
warranty
is
not
transferable
or
applicable
to
any
person
other
than
the
original
wholesale
purchaser.
This
warranty
runs
for
a
period
of
30
days
following
the
date
of
purchase
by
the
original
wholesale
purchaser.
When
a
warranty
claim
arises,
the
purchaser
must
contact
the
MVP
authorized
distributor
from
which
the item (s)
was
purchased.
The
remedy
of
repair,
replacement
or
refund
provided
for
herein
is
the
purchaser's
exclusive
remedy
for
breach
of
the
above
limited
warranty.
This
warranty
does
not
cover,
and
MVP
shall
not
be
responsible
for,
any
consequential
or
incidental
damages
of
the
purchaser
of
any
kind
whatsoever.
Some
states
do
not
allow
the
exclusion
or
limitation
of
incidental
or
consequential
damages,
so
the
foregoing
limitation
or
exclusion
may
not
apply
to
all
purchasers.
THE
FOREGOING
LIMITED
WARRANTY
IS
EXCLUSIVE
AND
IS
IN
LIEU
OF
ALL
OTHER
WARRANTIES
OF
ANY
KIND,
EXPRESS
OR
IMPLIED
,
INCLUDING
BUT
NOT
LIMITED
TO
IMPLIED
WARRANTIES
OF
MERCHANTABILITY
AND
FITNESS
FOR
A
PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
Any
unauthorized
alteration
or
modification
of
the
products
shall
void
this
warranty.
The
wholesale
purchaser
is
solely
responsible
for
determining
the
suitability
of
MVP's
products
for
the
purchaser's
use,
or
for
incorporating
them
into
articles
or
using
them
in
the
purchaser's
applications.
The
MVP
distributor
is
authorized
to
extend
the
foregoing
limited
warranty
to
its
original
purchasers
in
connection
with
sales
of
MVP
products,
provided
that
such
products
have
not
been
altered
by
the
distributor.
The
distributor
shall
be
fully
responsible
for
any
warranties
the
distributor
makes
to
its
purchasers
that
are
in
addition
to
or
more
extensive
than
MVP's
limited
warranty.
